Compensation & Incentives

- Highly competitive base hourly wage
- Production-based top-up bonus
- $2,500 signing bonus
- Student loan support stipend (annual)

Our current team includes hygienists consistently achieving hourly equivalents comfortably above $60+, reflecting strong systems, efficiency, and quality patient care.

Beausejour Dental is a well-established, growing clinic located 35 minutes northeast of Winnipeg, serving a loyal patient base in a strong community setting.
