Key Responsibilities:

Manage MPI body shop procedures, including:

Claim and estimate submissions

Supplement submissions

Parts ordering

Ensuring compliance with MPI KPI requirements

Deliver exceptional customer service and handle conflict resolution professionally

Maintain accurate records and keep workflows organized

What We’re Looking For:

Strong knowledge of MPI processes and procedures

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
