You communicate effectively with clients from all backgrounds and hold yourself to the highest professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide personal care and support to clients in private homes, retirement communities, or other care settings
- Assist with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication assistance
- Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Monitor, observe, and report changes in clients’ health or behaviour

Qualifications & Requirements

- Genuine enjoyment in caring for seniors.
- Must have a driver's license.
- A good sense of humour and a compassionate nature.
- Previous experience in caregiving, dementia care, home care, nursing homes, or assisted living (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Current certification in Standard First Aid and CPR
- Successful completion of a Criminal Background Check, including Vulnerable Sector Screening (copy required)
