General Requirements:
- Minimum of 18 months of relevant work experience, including at least 1 year of experience within the last 18 months in the candidate's professional designation
- Minimum of 24 months of relevant work experience required for First Nations Health Authority (FNHA) assignments
- Current immunization record in accordance with public health and workplace requirements
- Valid driver’s license may be required for positions involving travel or community-based work
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or equivalent CPR certification required

1. X-Ray (Medical Radiography) Technologist
Rate:$58 per hour
Job Summary
We are seeking skilled X-Ray Technologists to join medical imaging teams across healthcare facilities in British Columbia. In this role, you will perform general diagnostic radiographic procedures in accordance with clinical protocols, physician referrals, and provincial safety regulations. X-Ray Technologists are essential in supporting accurate diagnoses through the acquisition of high-quality medical images while ensuring patient comfort, safety, and radiation protection at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire high-quality radiographic images following established imaging protocols and diagnostic requirements.
- Ensure accurate patient identification, appropriate positioning, and optimal use of radiation safety measures.
- Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other clinical staff to support diagnostic decision-making.
- Educate and prepare patients for procedures, addressing questions and ensuring comfort and cooperation.
- Maintain imaging equipment, perform routine quality assurance (QA) checks, and report technical issues.
- Document procedures and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Adhere to infection control, safety, and privacy policies while maintaining a patient-centered approach.
Qualifications:

2. Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT)
Rate: $58 per hour
Job Summary
We are seeking qualified Medical Laboratory Technologists (MLTs) to perform a broad range of diagnostic testing across healthcare facilities in British Columbia. This role involves conducting laboratory analyses in areas such as hematology, clinical chemistry, microbiology, transfusion medicine, and histology. MLTs play a vital role in the diagnostic process by delivering accurate and timely laboratory results that support effective patient care.
Working in compliance with established protocols and quality standards, MLTs contribute to a safe, efficient, and collaborative clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform laboratory testing on patient specimens across multiple disciplines including hematology, chemistry, microbiology, transfusion medicine, and histology.
- Analyze, interpret, and validate test results to ensure accuracy and clinical relevance.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment and instrumentation according to manufacturer guidelines and laboratory protocols.
- Adhere to established quality control procedures and participate in internal and external quality assurance programs.
- Maintain accurate records, document findings, and ensure timely communication of critical results to clinical teams.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support diagnostic decisions and patient management.
- Follow all safety, infection control, and confidentiality protocols in accordance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
Qualifications:
- Certification with the Canadian Society for Medical Laboratory Science (CSMLS).
- Current registration and license in good standing with the BC College of Clinical Laboratory Science Professionals (BCCCLSP) or equivalent provincial regulatory body.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory safety, quality assurance, and accreditation standards.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in using laboratory information systems (LIS) and electronic medical records (EMRs).
3. Combined Lab Xray Technologist (CXLT)
Rate: $58 per hour
Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled and experienced Combined Laboratory and X-Ray Technologists (CLXTs) to provide high-quality diagnostic services across healthcare settings in British Columbia. In alignment with the B.C. Health Authorities’ commitment to safety, quality, and culturally safe care, CLXTs perform both medical laboratory testing and diagnostic imaging to support routine and urgent patient needs. Working under general supervision and within multidisciplinary teams, CLXTs thrive in fast-paced environments where flexibility, clinical autonomy, and solid decision-making are essential. This dual-role position is vital to advancing strategic health goals and ensuring accurate, timely, and patient-centered diagnostic care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general radiographic exams following safety and positioning protocols
- Conduct laboratory tests including phlebotomy, specimen processing, and point-of-care testing
- Calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain imaging and laboratory equipment
- Maintain accurate records and report critical results in a timely manner
- Follow all infection control, privacy, and quality assurance standards
- Provide culturally safe, trauma-informed care, particularly in Indigenous communities
- Collaborate with nursing, medical, and administrative teams to ensure seamless care delivery
Qualifications:
- Graduation from a recognized CLXT program or equivalent cross-training in medical laboratory and radiography disciplines
- Active certification and registration with:
- CAMRT (or equivalent) for medical radiography
- CSMLS for medical laboratory sciences
- Eligible or active registration with applicable BC regulatory bodies (e.g., CDTHP and BCCCLSP)
- Current CPR certification
- Valid BC Driver’s License may be required for community-based assignments
- Minimum of 18 months of recent, relevant experience (24 months for FNHA placements)
- Demonstrated proficiency in both imaging and lab testing in rural or remote clinical settings preferred
4. Cardiology Technologist
Rate:$49 per hour
Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Cardiology Technologists to support the delivery of high-quality cardiac diagnostic services across healthcare settings in British Columbia. In this role, you will perform a variety of non-invasive cardiac tests—including electrocardiograms (ECGs), Holter monitoring, and exercise stress testing—under the supervision of a physician. Cardiology Technologists play a critical role in the early detection and ongoing monitoring of cardiac conditions, contributing to accurate diagnosis and timely patient care. This position requires technical proficiency, strong clinical judgment, and a commitment to patient safety and comfort.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and interpret resting and ambulatory electrocardiograms (ECGs), including 12-lead and rhythm strips.
- Conduct exercise tolerance tests (ETT) and stress testing, monitoring patient condition and ensuring test accuracy.
- Apply, remove, and analyze Holter and event monitors; prepare comprehensive reports for physician review.
- Identify and report abnormal findings promptly to the appropriate care team members.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely entry of test results into electronic health records.
- Educate patients on test procedures, ensuring understanding and cooperation.
- Clean and maintain cardiology equipment and ensure adherence to infection prevention and safety protocols.

Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited Cardiology Technologist program

5. Medical Laboratory Assistant (MLA)
