Job Title: Head Chef / Kitchen Partner – Gastronomy & Innovation

About Paddy Quinn’s (Oka)
Located in the heart of Oka, Paddy Quinn’s is a premier culinary destination currently undergoing an exciting transformation. Following the departure of our chef in early May, we are offering a rare opportunity for a passionate culinary leader to take the reins of an established kitchen and actively drive its expansion into new markets.

The Role

We are not just looking for an employee; we are seeking a visionary leader capable of steering three strategic pillars:

- Gastronomy (Evening Service): Lead a high-end dining experience Wednesday through Saturday (5 PM to 9 PM).
- Events & Group Bookings: Manage high-demand private and corporate bookings, particularly for lunch services.

Key Responsibilities

- Creative Autonomy: Design and evolve the menu—we are open to your culinary signature, whether it continues our Italian-Asian fusion or moves toward a new concept.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mobilize your own kitchen brigade from the ground up.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure profitability, inventory management, and the highest standards of food safety.
- Strategic Growth:



Collaborate on launching regular lunch services once a stable team is established.

Requirements

- Experience: Significant experience in fine dining or high-end bistronomy.
- Leadership: Proven ability to build and manage a kitchen team.
- Residency: Must be a resident of Quebec.
- Mobility: Valid driver’s license and willingness to commute to/work in Oka.
- Availability: Position to be filled for the beginning of May.
