Position: Content Creator & Office Administrator (Part time)Company Overview

All Season Roofing is a locally owned and operated roofing company based in Orangeville, with over 15 years of experience in the industry. We specialize in residential and commercial roofing projects across Orangeville and surrounding areas including Shelburne and Caledon.

We are a small, growing, family-oriented business, who has a strong vision for expanding our brand—especially through social media and digital presence. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us and play a key role in building our online identity.

Position Overview

This is a part time, in-office position located on First Street in Orangeville. The role is focused on content creation, social media management, and administrative support.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Seasonal Role:
As a roofing company, work slows during the winter months. This position typically includes a layoff period from December to early March.

Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Social Media

- Create and post content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Edit photos/videos of projects
- Develop engaging posts, short videos, and ads
- Help grow brand awareness and online engagement
- Follow direction and execute the company’s marketing vision

Administrative Support





- Create Reports and documents using Google Docs
- Prepare Contracts and organize files
- Print invoices and assist with basic office tasks
- Respond to customer messages or emails

Requirements

- Comfortable using social media platforms and basic content creation tools
- Basic computer skills (Google Docs, email, organization)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in-office in Orangeville

Assets (Not Required but Preferred)

- Experience with content creation, marketing, or social media management
- Knowledge of tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar programs
- Previous administrative or office experience
