JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is looking for an experienced Operational Risk Consultant to support a risk management function on a contract basis. The ideal candidate brings hands‐on expertise in conducting risk assessments, testing controls, and applying core operational risk concepts in a practical, business‐focused way. This role is suited for someone who can quickly integrate into an existing framework, identify gaps, and strengthen risk practices with minimal oversight.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

n





- 3-5 years of experience within risk management (this can be from either compliance, risk or audit)
- Post secondary degree in Business, Law, IT, Compliance, or Risk Management
- Solid knowledge of risk management industry standards and methodologies
- Very strong written and verbal communication skills

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEn
- Experience in Insurance or Finance
