Your New Role

n

As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you'll work within a cross-functional agile team responsible for designing, building, and evolving modern applications used across the financial services domain. This is a hands-on role where every team member contributes across the stack — from front end to back end, automation, and deployment — with a strong focus on quality, ownership, and continuous improvement. You'll also help guide technical direction and mentor other engineers on the team.

What You'll Need to Succeed

n

- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js and TypeScript
- 3+ years of experience building front-end applications using React
- Strong experience with SQL and relational databases (ideally PostgreSQL)
- Experience developing server-side applications using Node.js frameworks such as NestJS, Hono, or similar
- Solid understanding of HTML5, ES6, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Experience with Docker and containerized applications




- Strong experience with AWS services and cloud-native development practices
- Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
- Proficiency with Git and modern source control workflows
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong grasp of software engineering best practices including debugging, refactoring, code tuning, and branching strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Exposure to the financial services domain, particularly accounting or general ledger systems, is a strong asset
