Rather than being tied to a single geography, you’ll manage a diverse portfolio of projects that differ in scope, scale and complexity-adapting quickly to shifting priorities and workloads. You’ll collaborate with Regional Marketing Managers and various internal and external partners to bring strategies to life. This includes planning and executing trade shows, industry events, sponsorships, and marketing initiatives, while ensuring strong coordination, consistency, and quality across regions. Success in this role depends on managing multiple workstreams simultaneously, balancing competing priorities, and moving seamlessly between projects.
You’ll need solid communication, facilitation and project‑management skills, along with the interpersonal savvy to build trust and maintain productive relationships within FCC and the agriculture and agri‑food industry. What you’ll do - Execute a portfolio of regional marketing initiatives-including trade shows, industry events, sponsorships and partnerships-across multiple areas of Canada, based on business priorities and workload demands - Enable the delivery of regional marketing portfolios by coordinating, planning, and ensuring follow-through on approved strategies - Contribute to marketing initiatives across FCC’s lines of business, including Primary Production, Agribusiness & Agri‑Food, Alliances and other corporate priorities - Manage key elements of marketing execution such as timelines, budgets, contracts, branding, logistics and partner coordination, ensuring consistency, quality and alignment - Apply rigour to documentation, tracking and governance by accurately maintaining information, approvals and deliverables within FCC systems and workflows - Foster effective working relationships with internal teams and external partners to support seamless,
compliant marketing program delivery - Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, adapting quickly to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail and high standards of execution - Share insights and feedback to support the improvement of regional marketing programs and execution practices What you’ll bring to the team Required qualifications:
- A degree in marketing, agriculture, agri-business or business administration - Minimum five years of related experience - Experience working in agriculture or agri‑business, with an understanding of industry dynamics and stakeholder needs - Knowledge of marketing, business development, sales or communications practices - Experience planning and executing trade shows, industry events and sponsorship programs - Strong facilitation, communication and project management skills - Demonstrated adaptability and willingness to quickly learn new tools, systems and processes to support effective execution and governance - Proven ability to coach, influence and support others in marketing and sales‑related activities Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in the agri‑food, agriculture or agribusiness sector - Familiarity with FCC Relationship Management Process and how marketing initiatives support customer and partner engagement - Experience supporting or executing marketing initiatives across multiple teams, portfolios or regions simultaneously - Comfort working within established governance frameworks, systems and workflows to support tracking, compliance and reporting - Bilingualism (French and English) Not sure you meet every requirement?
