We are currently looking for a highly organized, responsible, and growth-minded Admissions & Operations Supervisor to join our team and help lead the operational side of the business.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to take on a leadership role, work closely with directors, and grow with a fast-moving company.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Oversee the post-sales operational workflow from client handover to completion
- Supervise student/client filing processes including OSAP, StudentAid BC, admissions, and documentation
- Monitor the quality, accuracy, and timelines of operational work
- Manage and supervise the operations team, including both onshore and offshore staff
- Track staff performance, attendance, punctuality, accountability, and task completion
- Help improve internal systems, workflows, and operational efficiency
- Support the directors in building stronger structure, execution, and day-to-day business operations
- Assist with future team hiring, onboarding,



and training as the company grows

Compensation
