Role Description

nReporting to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), the Customer Service Sales Specialist, will be responsible for assisting the sales team with the customer service and sales functions.n

Specifically, the Customer Service Specialist will:

n

· Collaborate with the Sales Team to find solutions and resolve matters

n

· Follow up with customers whose query you have solved and ensure they are satisfied with your answer

n

· Act as a liaison between sales, marketing and the operations team to ensure seamless workflows and communication

n

· Build and maintain strong relationships with Brand Marketers and CMO’s

n

· Serve as a key contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and effective problem-solving

n

· Use CRM Software to enter data and create reports

n

·

n

Cultivate and deepen customer and suppliers’ relationships and address their needs in a timely manner

n





· Communicate with existing customers and potential customers over the phone and via emails

n

· Listen to customer queries and solve them with the Sales Team’s assistance, if needed

n

· Respond to customers’ concerns and questions and send additional information promptly

n

· Assist with servicing customer accounts

n

· Develop the necessary documents, letters, and statements, as required by the Sales Team

n

· Maintain records of interactions with customers in an orderly manner

n

·

n

Assist the Sales Team by sending samples and technical documents, following up with potential customers, as directed by the sales team, and assist the Sales team as needed.

n

· Oversee the inventory of the samples

n

· Understand/Learn our ingredients

n

Requirements

n·n

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field

n

.

n

· Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, customer service or administration/executive support

n

· Experience with CRM software (specifically HubSpot) and MS Office, Word and Excel.

n

· Experience in the nutraceutical industry an asset

n

· Exceptional verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.

n

· Ability to work weekends and after hours, as required.

n

· Fast learner. Strong phone presence.

n

· Superior negotiation, documentation, listening and resolving conflict skills.

n

· Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
