Product & Pricing Analyst

As our Product & Pricing Analyst, you'll work closely with teams, leadership and external partners across all lines of business. Product and Pricing Analyst The Product and Pricing Analyst plays a key role in establishing, monitoring and evaluating our competitive position in the insurance market through strategic product development and pricing analysis. Working as part of our Data, Product and Pricing team, this position supports our product offerings while considering market intelligence, strong stakeholder engagement, and implementation coordination to ensure our products remain relevant, competitive, and profitably priced.

This position is ideal for an insurance professional with strong analytical capabilities and business acumen who thrives in a dynamic environment balancing strategic analysis with stakeholder collaboration. The successful candidate will combine insurance knowledge with project coordination skills to influence our market positioning through data-informed product and pricing recommendations.

Responsibilities:

n

- Monitor the insurance market, gathering feedback from agents, brokers, and underwriters to assess our competitive position, identify product opportunities and gaps,



and uncover market opportunities across all lines of business
- Coordinate product and pricing projects and initiatives across departments and external partners, managing timelines and keeping stakeholders informed throughout implementation
- Conduct scheduled analysis of lines of business to assess competitive position, profitability trends, and product relevance
- Identify market opportunities, evaluate product gaps, and recommend enhancements or new offerings aligned with organizational objectives
- Collaborate with external actuarial partners to develop pricing recommendations, providing necessary business context and market intelligence
- Work closely with business analysts to support system implementation of product changes
- Prepare communications and training materials about product and pricing changes for internal and external stakeholders

Skills and Experience:

n

- 3-5 years in insurance product analysis and/or pricing analysis, underwriting, Agent or Broker or a similar role
- Intermediate knowledge of property and casualty insurance principles, products, and business processes
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen
- Effective project coordination and communication across all levels of stakeholders
- CIP designation or actively working toward completion is an asset
- Post-secondary education in a related field,
