310T straight time - rate to be discussed
3 weeks vacation

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Licensed Technician at Cavalcade Ford, you’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles while working in a well-organized shop with a strong team and consistent workflow.

You’ll be supported by experienced advisors and management, allowing you to focus on doing quality work efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles to manufacturer standards
Perform inspections and identify additional service needs
Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members
Complete repair orders and documentation accurately WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Licensed Automotive Technician (310S or 310T)
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Valid driver’s licence

TOOLS & EQUIPMENT
Technicians supply their own tools
Full access to modern shop equipment and diagnostic tools
