Une entreprise manufacturière bien établie (secteur chimique) recherche un(e) Représentant(e) au service à la clientèle pour soutenir ses équipes ventes et opérations.
Relevant du Directeur, tu seras au cœur des opérations, en lien direct avec les clients, les représentants terrain, la production et l’entrepôt, afin d’assurer un suivi des commandes et une expérience client optimale.

RESPONSABILITÉS

- Gérer les demandes clients (courriel principalement, en français et en anglais) et assurer un suivi rapide et professionnel

- Saisir et suivre les commandes dans le système ERP (Syspro)

- Coordonner avec la production et l’entrepôt pour assurer le respect des délais et gérer les backorders





- Mettre à jour les prix dans le système et assurer la communication avec les représentants

- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes ventes, opérations et finance

- Participer à la gestion administrative liée aux comptes clients

QUALIFICATIONS

- 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en service à la clientèle B2B

- Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (oral et écrit)

- Expérience avec un ERP (Syspro, SAP ou équivalent)

- Expérience en environnement manufacturier (atout important)

- Rigueur, sens de l’organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités

- Excellent service client et esprit d’équipe

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage customer requests (primarily by email, in both French and English) and ensure prompt and professional follow-up

- Enter and track orders in the ERP system (Syspro)

- Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to meet deadlines and manage backorders

- Update pricing in the system and communicate changes to sales representatives

- Work closely with sales, operations, and finance teams

- Support administrative tasks related to customer accounts

QUALIFICATIONS

- 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B customer service

- Excellent proficiency in both French and English (spoken and written)

- Experience with an ERP system (Syspro, SAP, or equivalent)

- Experience in a manufacturing environment (strong asset)

- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
