Position Summary
nResponsibilities The Financial Services Summer Student will provide valuable short-term support to the Financial Services Department, working both independently and collaboratively with team members.n
Key responsibilities include:
n
- Entering and processing accounting invoices in the Board's financial system with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assisting with testing and validating a new ERP system, including data entry, workflow testing, and reviewing reports to ensure expected functionality.
- Supporting project-based tasks related to the ERP implementation and other financial activities, as required during the summer term.

Qualifications
n
- Applicants must be available to work full time from May 4, 2026, through August 28, 2026
- Proficient keyboarding, computer and word processing skills particularly in the Windows system environment using Microsoft applications
- Knowledge of basic office and financial procedures and practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
