SEASONAL-FULL TIME (Start - End of May) WAGE- $20.02 HOURLY 4 to 5 SHIFTS PER WEEK WHAT WILL I BE DOING? This role is to follow recipes, chef guidance, SOPs, and safety regulations while ensuring cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the assigned station and kitchen, and delivering high-quality, properly served food and beverage products

- Follow recipes and instructions to prep and cook meals in large/small quantities.
- Prepare and follow Cookie recipes
- Understand food sanitation, First in First Out (FIFO) and food storage.
- Learn and receive training to develop technique.
- Prioritize job duties based on importance.
- General knife skills.




- Is aware of and is compliant with the standards and tactics of the business unit as directed by their leaders through training and coaching.
