JR & Co Roofing Contractors Inc. is currently seeking an experienced Roof Repair Foreman / Lead Technician to join our growing Repair Division. This position is responsible for diagnosing roof issues, performing high-quality repairs on commercial roofing systems, and leading a small repair crew.
We are looking for a dependable and experienced roofer who takes pride in quality workmanship, can troubleshoot roofing problems, and is comfortable leading repair work on commercial flat roofing systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a small repair crew on commercial roofing repair projects
- Diagnose roof leaks and identify roofing deficiencies through inspections and troubleshooting
- Perform repairs on commercial flat roofing systems including SBS, TPO, EPDM, and related components
- Complete preventative maintenance and minor remedial work on commercial roofing systems
- Communicate repair findings and site conditions clearly to the Repair Division Coordinator and management
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards
- Maintain clean, secure, and organized job sites
- Complete required documentation including work orders, job notes, and site photos
- Assist with staging materials and tools for daily repair work
- Work collaboratively with office staff and customers to ensure a positive service experience
- Follow company safety protocols and contribute to a safety-first culture
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of commercial roofing experience (flat roofing preferred)
- Experience performing roof leak diagnostics and repairs
- Familiarity with membrane systems such as SBS, TPO, EPDM, and related flashing details
- Leadership or foreman experience is considered an asset
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Occasional travel for out-of-town repair work when required

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
