About Us

We are a growing, entrepreneurial company where things move quickly, ideas matter, and people wear more than one hat. We’re looking for a motivated, organized, and creative Marketing Coordinator to take ownership of our marketing execution and help us build a marketing calendar and more consistent outreach and sales enablement tools.

This is not a “big agency” role, it’s a hands-on position where you’ll have real responsibility, visibility, and impact.

The Role

As our Marketing Coordinator, you will own and drive our marketing calendar and graphic design projects. You’ll be a creative with excellent graphic design skills and work closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager to turn strategy into action: planning campaigns, creating content, graphic design, and keeping our marketing efforts consistent and effective throughout the year.

You’ll be the person who keeps marketing moving forward.

What You’ll Do

Marketing Planning & Execution

- Own and manage the annual and quarterly marketing calendar
- Plan and execute campaigns including:
- Email marketing
- Social media
- Product launches
- Promotions and seasonal initiatives
- Trade show and event support

Graphic Design, Content & Communications

- Create and coordinate marketing content such as:
- Social posts
- Email newsletters
- Website updates
- Product announcements
- Sales enablement resources: catalogues, flyers, sell sheets, etc




- Maintain consistent brand voice and visuals

Sales Support

- Work closely with the sales team to support key initiatives
- Help create marketing materials for distributors and customers
- Align marketing activities with revenue priorities

Projects & Initiatives

- Take ownership of major annual projects such as:
- Catalog updates
- Website improvements
- Trade show planning
- Brand campaigns
- Keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward

Measurement & Improvement

- Track basic performance of campaigns (emails, social, promotions)
- Share insights and ideas for improvement with leadership
- Look for ways to make marketing more effective over time

What We’re Looking For

You’ll likely be a good fit if you:

- Are organized and self-driven
- Like taking ownership of projects
- Enjoy both creative and practical work
- Can juggle multiple priorities
- Communicate clearly and work well with others

Experience that helps:

- 2–5 years in a marketing or communications role
- Graphic design experience with Adobe Creative Cloud suite essential
- Experience with email marketing, social media, or content creation
- Comfort working in a B2B environment

Work Location: In person

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
