Full-time Responsibilities include:

- To work as part of a team in a residential program
- Supervision and monitoring of high-needs clients
- Teach Functional living skills
- Behaviour Management
- Assist clients with daily routines, including personal care
- Plan/ Implement individualized programs that encompass a person-centred approach
- Provide community orienteering and leisure activities
- Conduct appointments as needed
- Administer medication
- Data collection and documentation
- Shared responsibility for household tasks
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Participate in all scheduled staff training programs
- Hours of work are based on a schedule that includes weekends and evenings

Qualifications/Experience:

- Post-secondary certificate in CYW, DSW, SSW, or equivalent and/or related University degree/ experience
- Knowledge and experience in Mental Health, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and Developmental Challenges
- CPI training an asset
- Good team building skills




- Good interactive/ communication skills (verbal and written)
- Positive organization and time management skills
- Driver's License an asset to assist with appointments, community programming, etc

**This position is entitled to the starting base rate of $22.00/ hour + $3.00 wage enhancement ($25.00)
