Mobile Marine in Huntsville, ON is seeking a new team member for the 2026 spring/summer/fall season! We are located in the south end of Huntsville, very close to Highway 11 with many amenities in the surrounding community. A great place to work, positive team members & atmosphere. Job Description: Driver of single axle 1/2 ton Truck for boat & trailer for various locations around Huntsville and surrounding areas.

A driver plays a crucial role in ensuring the timely and protected delivery of equipment to customers, businesses, or designated locations. This position requires a responsible and dependable individual who can operate a delivery vehicle efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service and safety standards.

There is also occasional help required around the yard such as moving boats with a tractor, tidying / organizing the yard, helping prepare for special events, washing boats and or equipment, unboxing crates of new product, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

Driving and Navigation:

- Safely operate a company-provided vehicle with boat and trailer
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes using GPS or navigation systems to ensure timely deliveries.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to maintain a clean driving record.

Loading and Unloading:

- Loading and unloading boats, ATV’s, SXS’
- Transporting trailers and boats between locations

Customer Service:

- Greet customers courteously upon delivery/ pick-up and provide excellent customer service.
- In the event of a customer concern, ensure the information is given to management to ensure customer satisfaction in a timely manner.

Documentation:

- Maintain accurate and organized delivery logs, records, and receipts.
- Collect and record customer signatures as proof of delivery.

Vehicle Maintenance:

- Perform routine vehicle inspections,



including checking for fuel, oil, and tire pressure, and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and monitor required service intervals.

Safety and Compliance:

- Follow all safety protocols, including wearing appropriate safety gear and securing loads properly.
- Steel toed shoes/boots are required.

Time Management:

- Manage time effectively to ensure on-time pick-ups/ deliveries.

Problem Solving:

- Handle unexpected challenges, such as traffic delays, vehicle breakdowns, or difficult customers, with professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Ability to operate a truck and boat trailer. Ability to operate a boat with pleasure craft operators card is a bonus.
- Good knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.
- Strong time management skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Dependability and reliability.

Working Conditions:

Delivery Drivers typically work in various weather conditions and may need to lift heavy objects. The job may involve early morning, late-night, or weekend shifts, depending on the seasonal requirements.

Job Type: Seasonal Full-time (April to November) with possibility of staying on full time depending on interest and skills!

Salary: $22.00-27.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday 8AM to 5PM
- Saturday 8AM to 2PM as needed in rotation with 2-3 other team members.
