POSITION: Staff Pharmacist

Job Title: Staff Pharmacist – Full-Time

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Full time Staff Pharmacist to join our dynamic and modern community pharmacy in Bracebridge, ON. What We Offer:

- Competitive hourly rate of $70 per hour
- Sign-on bonus between $10,000 and $20,000
- Full assistant coverage to support daily activities
- Overlapping pharmacist assistance for better teamwork
- Average daily prescription volume of approximately 200

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure safe, effective, and accurate medication dispensing
- Provide comprehensive patient counseling and complete medication reviews
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes
- Support daily pharmacy operations using the Kroll system




- Maintain high standards of clinical precision and regulatory compliance
- Participate in ongoing career development and promote team cooperation
- Contribute to community health initiatives and wellness programs

Qualifications:

- Active license and good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacy
- Experience with Kroll software is considered advantageous
- Strong communication skills, skilled demeanor, and sound clinical judgment
- Ability to work efficiently in a collaborative environment
