About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled Journeyman Millwright to join our growing team in the material handling industry. In this role, you’ll work on installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting mechanical systems such as conveyors, sorters, and automated equipment used in warehouses and distribution centers.

What You’ll Do

- Install, align, and commission conveyors, sortation equipment, and other material handling systems
- Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on mechanical equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings
- Diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues
- Fabricate and install structural supports and mechanical components as needed
- Work safely with lifting and rigging equipment
- Collaborate with electricians, welders, and other trades to complete installations
- Follow all company and safety policies (including lockout/tagout procedures)

What We’re Looking For

- Valid Journeyman Millwright (433A) or Red Seal Certification




- 3+ years of experience in material handling, industrial maintenance, or related mechanical work
- Strong knowledge of conveyors and automated equipment
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to safety and attention to detail
- Willingness to work overtime or weekends when required

Nice to Have

- Experience with warehouse automation systems
- Basic electrical or PLC knowledge
- Forklift or aerial lift certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00-$45.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Greater Toronto Area, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
