Overview

nWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and support our team’s efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting skills, experience with various accounting software, and a proactive approach to office management. This role is vital in ensuring smooth financial processes, maintaining accurate records, and supporting overall office functions.n

The Office

nManager will play a key role in managing bookkeeping, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and financial reporting.n

Responsibilities

n

- Manage day-to-day office operations, including administrative support and staff coordination
- Oversee bookkeeping activities using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Perform bank reconciliations and account analysis to ensure financial accuracy
- Prepare financial reports, including account reconciliation and budget analysis
- Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audit purposes
- Assist in budgeting processes and financial planning activities
- Support other administrative tasks as needed to ensure efficient office functioning

Qualifications

n





- Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial reporting
- Experience with account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and account analysis
- Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable management
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Prior experience in office management or administrative roles is preferred

nPay: $24.00-$28.00 per hourn

Expected hours: 40 per week
