Job Summary

nGlobal Plas Inc. is seeking a dynamic and motivated Brand Ambassador / Marketing Specialist to represent and promote the company’s brand, culture, and services. This role combines hands on marketing execution with external engagement, including attending events, supporting recruitment branding, and strengthening Global Plas’ presence in the industry and community.n

This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates or fresh graduates who are passionate about marketing, branding, and people engagement.

Key Responsibilities

nBrand Representation & Eventsn

- Represent Global Plas Inc. at industry events, job fairs, community engagements, and company hosted functions
- Act as the face of the company, promoting our culture, values, and opportunities
- Support planning and execution of corporate events (e.g., grand openings, employee engagement activities)
- Coordinate event logistics (materials, booth setup, promotional items, etc.)

nMarketing & Content Creationn

- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns (digital and on site)
- Create engaging content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, internal communications, etc.)
- Support design of posters, announcements, and internal communications (aligned with company branding)
- Capture photos/videos during events for marketing use

nEmployer Branding & Recruitment Supportn

- Promote Global Plas as an employer of choice
- Support HR in recruitment campaigns and referral initiatives
- Engage with candidates during hiring events and provide information about roles and company culture

Internal Engagement

n

- Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives (e.g., celebrations, awareness campaigns, recognition programs)

nAdministrative & Coordinationn

- Track event participation and provide post event reports and feedback
- Maintain inventory of promotional materials
- Coordinate with internal departments (HR, Production, Leadership) for messaging alignment

nQualifications & Requirementsn

- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, communications, customer engagement, or similar (preferred but not mandatory)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Open to part time and full-time candidates
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or currently pursuing)

nSkills & Competenciesn

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with diverse audiences
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;

nexperience with design tools (e.g., Canva) is an assetn

Working Conditions

- May require flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends (for events)
- Travel between company locations or event sites may be required

nJob Types: Full-time, Part-timen

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
