nWe are seeking a skilled and versatile Carpenter to join our construction and maintenance team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various trades. This role involves working on diverse projects such as restoration, cabinetry, flooring installation, tile laying, and more.n

The candidate will be responsible for executing detailed tasks with precision, utilizing both hand and power tools, and interpreting schematics and blueprints. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with handyman experience or those looking to expand their skills across multiple construction disciplines.

Responsibilities

n

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute project plans
- Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, and masonry work to support structural projects
- Install cabinets, flooring, tiles, siding, and perform roofing tasks with attention to detail
- Conduct construction painting, caulking, and finishing work to ensure high-quality results
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with plumbing and electrical installations as required by project specifications
- Execute heavy lifting and material handling safely to support project timelines




- Measure and estimate materials needed for various construction tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols

Qualifications

- Proven experience in construction trades such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, plumbing or electrical work
- Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating processes
- Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to construction tasks
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor consistently throughout the workday
- Handyman experience or multi-trade proficiency is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety standards on-site
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments
- Prior experience with restoration projects or manufacturing environments is a plus
