Responsibilities

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat channels.
- Provide accurate information about products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with account management, including data entry and updating account details.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer engagement.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for analysis purposes.
- Utilize communication skills and phone etiquette to build rapport with diverse clientele.




- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues efficiently and improve service quality.
- Support sales initiatives through effective communication and understanding of customer needs.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or related roles.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated analysis skills to interpret customer data and feedback.
- Ability to perform upselling effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and qualified communication standards.
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing the ability to serve a diverse customer base.
