- Guests and customers feel welcomed, respected, and well taken care of in every interaction.
- Your work area is consistently clean, organized, and safe, with tasks completed to the expected standard and on time.
- You follow procedures for service, safety, cleaning, and (where applicable) cash handling.
- Shifts run smoothly because team members communicate clearly and support one another.
- Standards stay strong even during busy periods and seasonal peaks.

What you bring to the role

- For all roles:



You are reliable and have basic experience, a positive attitude, you treat people and teammates with respect and are willing to learn.
- For Housekeeping roles: you are comfortable with physical work and take pride in keeping rooms, linens, and shared spaces clean, organized, and guest-ready.
- For front desk roles: you are comfortable working with guests, handling information carefully, using basic computer systems, and helping the front desk feel calm, organized, and professional.

Job Requirements:n





- These roles are onsite in Dawson City, Yukon.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and carrying.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.
