We are on the search for a Parts Administration Clerk that will focus on the administration of orders and assist with inventory-related tasks.

n

RESPONSIBILITIES:

n

- Assist in implementing and maintaining the inventory control and reporting systems to assure stocking levels are sufficient to meet customer demands while maximizing inventory turns.
- Process & reconcile incoming purchase orders in DMS as required.




- Assist in processing excess/obsolete inventory to minimize inventory turns.
- Assist with vendor stock orders as required.
- Inventory record creation in Data Management System.
- Maintain open purchase orders and returns.
- Assist in core returns and reconciliation.
- Vendor invoice reconciliation.
- Maintain Parts returns to the PDC network.
- Assist in ensuring all items are assigned bin locations.
- Generating and reviewing inventory reports as required.
- Assist with research and reconcile part variances
- Assist with Shine Maps and 5S duties as required.
- Assist with maintaining retail area.
- Assist accounts receivable and payable as required.
- Assist with marketing as required with direction from Parts Manager or Assistant Parts Manager.
- Data clean up as required with direction from Parts Manager or Assistant Parts Manager.
- Assist with cycle count record keeping
- Assist with cycle count verification and audit
- Process Rimpro stock orders, RPA’s and
- Process backorder Karmak orders
- Maintain office supplies
- Perform related administrative duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the Parts Department.
- Assist in maintaining Elite Support certification
- - All areas of the department are clean, organized, and safe
- Shine maps are relevant and up to date
- 5S audits are completed monthly
- Cultivate a continuous improvement culture

nQUALIFICATION &n

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

n

- Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Microsoft word)
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to enhance efficiencies on a regular basis
- Ability to reconcile reports
- Attention to detail
- Team player attitude
