Position Overview

nAs a Daytime Prep Cook, you’ll play a key role in setting up the kitchen for success. You’ll be responsible for preparing high-quality ingredients, maintaining organization, and supporting service through disciplined and efficient prep work.n

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 2–3 years of kitchen experience
- Strong work ethic and a positive, team-first attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent
- Ability to take direction and execute tasks with attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and grow within the kitchen
- Pride in cleanliness, organization, and product quality

Key Responsibilities

n

- Execute daily prep lists accurately and efficiently
- Prepare meats, seafood, vegetables, and sauces to spec




- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace
- Assist with receiving and proper storage of deliveries
- Communicate clearly with chefs and teammates
- Support the line as needed during service
