- Competitive wages: base pay is $113,700-142,000/year dependent on skills and qualifications. Discussion regarding full compensation package conducted upon initial pre‑screen.

Job Overview

nThis role is a strong fit for a sales professional in Labrador City who thrives on building long‑term customer relationships and supporting large‑scale mining operations. As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll work directly with major clients, influence equipment and service strategies, and play a key role in shaping Komatsu’s presence in the region. Reports to: Regional Manager, Eastern Canada

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8 hours/day

n

Allowances: Additional premiums and allowances are associated with this position due to location

n

Safety Sensitive: No- RCMP criminal record check and submission of 5-year provincial driving record will be required

n

Travel: up to 25% travel within Canada and the USA

n

Relocation: This position does not offer relocation

n

Key Job Responsibilities

n

- Build and maintain robust relationships with senior customer leaders, supporting long‑term equipment, parts, and service needs
n




- Maintain clear communication to understand customer operations, maintenance plans, and equipment requirements
n
- Represent Komatsu’s brand and ensure reliable, responsive support across all account matters
n
- Prepare accurate forecasts, pricing, utilization reports, and strategic plans aligned with customer operations
n
- Respond promptly to inquiries related to products, parts planning, availability, safety, warranty, and contracts
n
- Use value‑added selling to support product and service growth while maximizing profitability
n
- Maintain accurate customer data and follow‑up activities through CRM tools
n

Qualifications / Requirements

nn
- Strong sales‑driven mindset with 5+ years in sales or account management
n
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (engineering background an asset)
n
- Solid understanding of heavy equipment, including basic mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
n
- Proven ability to build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Experience presenting to leadership groups and communicating clearly at all levels
n
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and create value‑focused proposals
n
- Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office applications
n
