Responsibilities

- Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using commercial dishwashing machines or by hand, adhering to sanitation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure proper storage of clean items.
- Assist with basic food preparation and kitchen cleanup as needed.
- Support the kitchen team by organizing supplies and ensuring all items are ready for service.
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols to prevent contamination and ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with restaurant or hotel staff to meet operational needs efficiently.

Experience

- Prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with cleaning procedures, food handling, and basic kitchen operations is advantageous.
- Experience with food preparation, cooking, or hospitality services can be beneficial for understanding workflow and standards.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a high-pressure setting while maintaining attention to detail.
