Lead People Strategy at the Intersection of Science, Scale, and Impact

Sun Pharma is seeking a Senior Director, Human Resources to partner with our Canadian leadership team and North American HR leadership in a high‑impact, enterprise role within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.

This is an opportunity for a senior HR leader who thrives where strategy, execution, and compliance converge and who wants a seat at the table influencing scientific innovation, manufacturing excellence, and commercial success.

You will:

- Execute a well‑defined Canadian people strategy
- Advise senior leaders on organizational effectiveness and change
- Lead talent, total rewards, engagement, and compliance with rigor
- Operate with inspection‑level discipline in a regulated environment
- Shape culture and EVP in a competitive life sciences market

You bring:

- 15+ years of senior HR leadership
- Pharma or life sciences experience in a regulated, manufacturing setting
- Deep knowledge of Canadian employment legislation
- Executive presence, sound judgment, and robust execution capability

Anticipated base salary: $176,500 – $215,500 + bonus & benefits
