Under the general supervision of the controller, the administrative assistant is responsible for maintaining the quality of exceptional customer service.

Your role:Consistently provide information,



both verbally and in writing;Processing orders, estimating delivery dates, and confirming the availability of production equipment;Invoicing shipped products and verifying that they are sent to the correct customers;Conducting monthly and annual inventory counts and entering data;Performing accounting and administrative tasks;Contributing to meeting and exceeding quality and productivity goals as well as established standards for this department;Maintain order and safety at your workstation;Ensure a positive work workplace is maintained within the department.
