This role plays a key part in ensuring the integrity of our financial operations and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Description Perform the full accounting cycle, including monthly and year-end closings;

n

Prepare monthly financial statements and analyze variances;

n

Prepare GST/QST reports, CNESST and CNT reports, and tax slips/forms;

n

Collect, verify, and process payroll data;

n

Prepare accounting entries (payroll, group insurance, prepaid expenses, accrued expenses);

n

Ensure month-end follow-ups and invoice reconciliations;

n

Perform specific tasks related to the department;

n

Carry out any other related duties as required. What We’re Looking For DEC (College Diploma) in Accounting and Management;

n

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience;

n

Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of Microsoft 365 and accounting software;

n

Excellent written and spoken French;

n





Strong attention to detail and accuracy;

n

Autonomous, organized, and analytical;

n

Ability to manage priorities effectively and demonstrate versatility;

n

Open-minded, versatile, and results-oriented with a positive attitude.
