Job Title: Phone & Computer Repair Technician (Fri-SUN)

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Phone & Computer Repair Technicianto join our Beaumont, Alberta store team. The ideal candidate will have experience diagnosing and repairing a variety of smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers, delivering high-quality repairs and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
Diagnose hardware and software issues in smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers
Perform repairs such as screen replacements, battery changes, component repairs, virus removal, and software troubleshooting.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
Provide excellent customer service and sell phone plans
help customer with fedex, purolator and dhl shipping services.
Sell Rogers & Fido phone plans.

Requirements:
Proven experience in phone and computer repair or electronics repair




Knowledge of common phone and computer issues and solutions (screens, batteries, charging ports, software issues, virus removal, hardware upgrades)
Valuable communication skills and customer service orientation
Ability to work independently during scheduled hours
previous experience in similar jobs
Must be living in Canada ; don’t apply from another country.
