You’ll be at the heart of our operations—processing orders, staying on top of emails, helping customers, and making sure everything flows smoothly behind the scenes. What You'll Be Doing:

Primary Role – Warehouse Order Picker

Your focus will be on support of the physical flow of products to ensure the customer experience is seamless.

- Picking and packing customer orders with attention to detail and care
- Restocking inventory and ensuring everything is neatly stored and labeled
- Re-tagging and labeling items by color, size, and style—attention to detail is a must
- Receiving and unpacking incoming shipments (some light lifting involved)
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and clutter-free workspace

This is a detail-oriented position with a strong emphasis on digital organization, accuracy, and communication.

- Inputting and processing customer orders with precision and speed
- Balancing, tracking, and troubleshooting discrepancies in orders or systems
- Communicating with customers via email and phone—professional, clear English is essential




- Answering and directing phone calls and emails promptly and courteously
- Processing customer payments and ensuring secure handling of sensitive information
- Managing shipping logistics—creating labels, updating tracking numbers, and coordinating couriers
- Using our internal online systems for inventory, sales, and reporting
- Providing tailored options to customers (you’ll become a product expert!)
- Double-checking all outgoing orders to ensure every detail is 100% accurate

This role requires strong multitasking, time management, and the ability to stay on top of daily email communications, system updates, and customer follow-ups.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
