CLINIC COORDINATOR

1FACE SKIN CLINIC | Stouffville, ON

1FACE SKIN CLINIC is seeking a Clinic Coordinator to join our growing team. We are a luxury, results-driven medical aesthetic clinic known for delivering exceptional client experiences and transformative results.

This is a permanent, long-term position for someone who is passionate about medical aesthetics, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by growth, performance, and excellence.

Schedule

- Tuesday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

About the Role

This is a client-facing position at the heart of our clinic. You will be responsible for creating a seamless, elevated experience from the moment a client walks in, while also driving bookings, supporting marketing initiatives, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Managing front desk operations and clinic flow
- Booking appointments and optimizing provider schedules
- Cashing out clients and handling transactions
- Supporting and executing marketing campaigns
- Assisting with content creation (social media, promotions, in-clinic content)




- Providing exceptional customer service and client experience
- Multitasking in a fast-paced, high-performance environment

What We’re Looking For

- Passion for medical aesthetics and skincare
- Results-driven mindset with strong sales ability
- Experience in sales, marketing, or client coordination
- A true people person with excellent communication skills
- Highly organized with strong multitasking ability
- Qualified, polished, and confident presence
- Must come prepared with knowledge of 1FACE SKIN CLINIC and our services
