Position Overview

As a Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will deliver high-quality patient care within acute care environments. You will adapt quickly to new clinical settings, collaborate with local healthcare teams, and support facilities experiencing critical staffing needs.

Positions Available

- Acute Care LPNs
- Medical-Surgical Support Units
- Long-Term Care (as applicable to site needs)

Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive patient care within assigned clinical settings
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately within scope of practice
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care




- Monitor patient conditions and report changes appropriately
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Adapt quickly to new facility workflows and protocols

Qualifications

- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Canada (or eligibility for Prince Edward Island licensure)
- Minimum 2–3 years recent experience in acute care or medical-surgical environments
- Current BLS certification
- Experience working in hospital settings preferred
- Willingness to travel to Prince Edward Island
- Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical judgment skills
