Location: Concord, ON - This position is onsite for the first 3–6 months to support onboarding and training, after which it will transition to a hybrid work model.

Salary: $55,000-$65,000
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic HR Administrator to join our team on a full‑time, permanent basis. This role requires a team‑oriented, approachable individual who can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining a strong focus on the employee experience. The successful candidate will support a wide range of HR functions, partner closely with the HR Business Partner, and contribute to a positive and engaging workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Conduct full‑cycle recruitment and coordinate the selection process
- Manage onboarding and offboarding activities
- Facilitate employee orientation sessions
Employee Experience & Engagement
- Plan and execute events that enhance the employee experience
- Serve as a primary point of contact for HR‑related inquiries
- Provide guidance on company policies and procedures
HR Operations
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity
- Support payroll‑related administrative tasks
- Process employee benefits
- Manage STD and LTD processes
Qualifications:
- Post‑secondary education in Human Resources or a related field
- 2+ years of HR Administration experience
- Manufacturing industry experience is required
- Strong knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven setting
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
