Auxo is hiring a Platform Operations & Delivery Lead for a SaaS company building a platform at the intersection of AI, manufacturing, and ecosystem collaboration.

You'll own delivery and day-to-day operations for a live platform already in market. This role sits between product, engineering, and clients. You are the one making sure everything runs smoothly, from sprint execution to onboarding, support, and stakeholder alignment.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in early-stage environments, enjoys being the operational backbone of a product, and can balance structure with speed.

What You'll Do

- Own delivery timelines from kickoff to milestone completion
- Manage day-to-day execution with the development team and remove blockers
- Run standups, sprint reviews, and stakeholder check-ins
- Track risks, dependencies, and ensure issues are resolved quickly
- Act as the main operational point of contact for key external stakeholders
- Maintain clear project reporting and communication across all parties
- Onboard recent clients and guide them through platform setup
- Handle support tickets and ensure fast, high-quality responses
- Manage platform configurations and admin settings for clients
- Support QA by validating features before release and tracking bugs
- Demo the platform in webinars and present to non-technical audiences
- Collaborate with product on improving workflows and platform experience
Who You Aren
- 3 to 6 years of experience in project management, client success, or platform operations
- Experience working in SaaS or product-driven environments
- Strong ability to manage multiple workstreams without losing structure
- Comfortable working directly with clients and external stakeholders
- Experience running agile ceremonies such as standups and sprint reviews
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Highly organized, proactive, and ownership-driven
- Comfortable troubleshooting issues and coordinating with engineering teams
- Experience supporting onboarding, customer operations, or implementations
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
Nice to haven
- Experience with QA processes and bug tracking
- Experience demoing software products
- Exposure to marketplace or platform environments
