What you''ll do: Maintain a positive, qualified attitude at work at all times.

Provide outstanding, courteous customer service to all internal and external customers.

Perform proper meat preparation according to department standards, including cutting, trimming, traying, wrapping, pricing, and preparing in-store products such as sausages and hamburger patties.

Ensure the fresh case, frozen case, smoked case, and spot island merchandisers are fully stocked and displayed according to Meat Department standards.

Receive, inspect, and properly store merchandise.

Follow association policies and procedures for maintenance, sanitation, and safety of all assets.

Adhere to all food safety regulations and safety procedures.

Be familiar with and follow Southern Plains Co-operative policies and procedures.
