Role Description

n

This is a contract-based, remote role for Holistic & Integrative Practitioners interested in working within a collaborative, values-aligned wellness practice. Practitioners will provide individualized client care using holistic, integrative, and evidence-informed approaches. You will work independently with your own clients while also collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support whole-person wellness.

We are looking for alternative practitioners, nurses, PT, OT, dieticians, massage therapy, etc. If you feel you have something amazing to offer please apply! Our goal is to build a hub where patients can access collective healthcare.

Responsibilities include

n

- Conducting comprehensive client assessments within your scope of practice
- Creating individualized wellness or care plans aligned with client goals and values




- Providing 1:1 consultations (virtual) or in person and, where applicable, group offerings
- Utilizing holistic, lifestyle, and evidence-based strategies to support client well-being
- Collaborating with other practitioners and healthcare professionals as appropriate
- Maintaining accurate, confidential documentation and client records
- Practicing in a trauma-informed, culturally safe, and ethical manner

Qualifications

Required:

n

- Training, certification, or licensure in a holistic, integrative, or complementary health field (as applicable to your profession) or extensive experience
- Experience in client assessment, care planning, and wellness support
- Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Commitment to client confidentiality, ethical practice, and professional boundaries
- Interest in collaborative, multidisciplinary care

Preferred (Assets):n

- Experience working with chronic illness, hormonal health, mental wellness, or burnout
- Trauma-informed or culturally safe care training
- Experience collaborating with nurses, physicians, or allied health professionals
- Comfort using digital platforms for scheduling, documentation, or virtual sessions
