Votre mission

En tant que Technicien·ne en maintenance des simulateurs, vous jouerez un rôle clé au sein de notre service technique. Sous la supervision directe du COO, vous serez responsable d’assurer le bon fonctionnement de notre flotte de simulateurs, tant sur le plan matériel que logiciel.

Responsabilités principales

· Assurer la maintenance proactive et réactive des simulateurs (hardware et software).

· Monter rapidement en compétence sur l’architecture physique et logicielle de nos équipements afin de gagner en autonomie.

· Participer à la création et à l'amélioration des processus et outils de gestion de maintenance.

· Travailler en étroite collaboration avec nos instructeurs pilotes pour coordonner les interventions techniques, à distance ou sur site.

· Offrir un soutien ponctuel en dehors des heures régulières, selon les besoins opérationnels (le temps est récupéré).

· Voyager occasionnellement pour effectuer des interventions dans l’un de nos centres au Canada ou aux États-Unis.

Profil recherché

· Expérience ou solide intérêt dans au moins un des domaines suivants : informatique, électronique, simulation, ou aviation.

· Idéalement une expérience avec les logiciels de simulation : Prepar3D, Prosim, Jeehell.

· Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes techniques.





· Capacité à travailler de manière autonome, structurée et orientée solution.

· À l’aise dans un environnement bilingue (français/anglais).

· Bon esprit d’équipe, communication claire, sens de l’initiative.

· Disponible pour des déplacements ponctuels au Canada et aux États-Unis.

· Permis de travail valide au Canada et aucune interdiction de séjour aux États-Unis.

AviaSim Canada is an immersive entertainment company specializing in qualified-grade

flight simulators accessible to the general public. We offer a unique and realistic aviation

experience supervised by our instructor pilots. As we continue to grow, we are looking to

strengthen our technical team based in LaSalle (QC).

Your Mission

As a Flight Simulator Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in our technical

department. Reporting directly to the COO,



you will be responsible for ensuring the proper

functioning of our simulator fleet, both hardware and software.

Main Responsibilities

- Perform proactive and reactive maintenance on simulators (hardware and software).

- Quickly develop expertise in the physical and software architecture of our equipment to

increase autonomy.

- Contribute to the creation and improvement of maintenance management tools and

processes.

- Collaborate closely with our flight instructors to coordinate technical interventions,

remotely or on-site.

- Be occasionally available outside regular hours to provide real-time support to our

instructors (time is compensated).

- Travel occasionally to other AviaSim centers in Canada and the United States for

technical interventions.

Profile Sought

- Experience or strong interest in one or more of the following fields: IT, electronics,

simulation, or aviation.

- Ideally, experience with simulation software such as Prepar3D, Prosim, or Jeehell.

- Excellent problem-solving skills in technical environments.

- Ability to work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner.

- Comfortable in a bilingual environment (French/English).

- Strong team spirit, clear communication, and initiative.

- Available for occasional travel within Canada and to the USA.

- Legally authorized to work in Canada and not banned from entering the United States.
