Job Overview

Server Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and promptly
- Present menus and explain specials
- Make food & beverage recommendations
- Take accurate orders and relay them to kitchen/bar

- Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues
- Ensure correct table setup (cutlery, napkins, glassware)
- Maintain proper course timing (apps → mains → desserts)
- Deliver food and drinks accurately
- Transparent plates and reset tables quickly
- Manage multiple tables efficiently
- Present bills clearly and promptly
- Process payments (cash, card, POS systems)
- Handle tips and split bills correctly
- Maintain clean tables and service stations
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Ensure personal grooming and hygiene

Team Coordination

- Communicate with kitchen and bar staff
- Assist fellow servers during rush hours
- Support smooth service flow

Bartender Responsibilities

1. Drink Preparation





- Prepare alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages accurately
- Follow standard recipes and portion control
- Garnish drinks professionally
- Maintain speed and consistency during busy hours

2. Bar Management

- Set up and stock the bar before service
- Monitor inventory (liquor, mixers, garnishes)
- Restock and order supplies when needed
- Ensure proper storage of alcohol

3. Customer Interaction

- Engage with guests at the bar
- Recommend drinks based on preferences
- Create a welcoming and energetic atmosphere

4. Compliance & Safety

- Check IDs and verify legal drinking age
- Avoid over-serving alcohol
- Handle intoxicated guests responsibly
- Follow local alcohol laws and regulations

5. Cleanliness & Maintenance
