What you’ll do: Reporting to the Deli Manager, the successful candidate will:

- Meet all Meadow Lake Coop guidelines representing the Values and Brand.

- Meet all Meadow Lake Coop guidelines on Dress Code, Personal Hygiene and Customer Service.

- Ensure high level of customer service is provided at all times;

- Be qualified, friendly and courteous in the work environment;

- Be knowledgeable and answer questions about products and their sources.

- Adhere to Food Safety Procedures

- Maintain and display all types of deli products according to standards.

- Provide positive consumer experience to all customers.

- All other duties assigned

Who you are:

- Strong work ethic and a positive team player attitude.

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Available to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays

- Ability to lift up to and at times in excess of 50 lbs.

- Ability to work independently and as a team
