A leading Canadian HVAC equipment company in Concord, ON, is seeking a motivated Press Brake Operator to join their team immediately. As a Press Brake Operator, you will work hands-on producing sheet metal components used in the assembly of Air Handlers equipment and Boilers.

Pay rate: $26/hr - $27/hr based on experience.

Available Shifts:

Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Key Responsibilities

- Set up and operate a Press Brake machine according to job instructions and blueprints
- Configure tools, dies, and machine components for precise bending operations
- Measure, cut, and align sheet metal to required dimensions
- Verify material thickness and specifications before processing
- Bend, punch, and shape metal components to required angles and forms
- Perform quality inspections to ensure parts meet blueprint specifications
- Adjust machine settings or rework parts when necessary
- Conduct routine tool checks and basic maintenanceMaintain a clean and safe workspaceFollow all safety regulations and manufacturing safety protocols





Qualifications & Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of Press Brake experience (required)
- Strong understanding of Press Brake components and functionality
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specification sheets
- CNC software operation experience
- Strong arithmetic and measurement skills
- High mechanical aptitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive movements
- Experience handling large or heavy sheet metal pieces
- Knowledge of manufacturing safety standards
- High School Diploma required (Technical certificate preferred)
- HVAC or Heating & Air Conditioning knowledge is an asset
