Position Overview
We are looking for servers who can handle a high-volume floor while maintaining great service, strong communication, and control of their section. This role is about more than taking orders — it’s about managing your tables, building rapport, and contributing to the overall energy of the room.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide fast, friendly, and attentive service to all guests
- Manage a full section confidently during high-volume service
- Maintain strong knowledge of menu, drinks, and promotions
- Communicate effectively with bartenders, kitchen, and hosts
- Use POS accurately for orders and payments
- Build rapport with guests and create a memorable experience
- Upsell drinks, features, and promotions
- Keep section clean,
organized, and reset at all times
- Assist teammates and support overall floor flow
- Follow all SPURS service standards and expectations

Preferred Experience
- Serving experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant
- Knowledge of POS systems
- Understanding of liquor service (Serving It Right required or willingness to obtain)
