They are currently seeking a Plaintiff Employment Lawyer to join their team. This position can be based anywhere in British Columbia.

This is an excellent prospect to join a well-established and respected team focused on advocating for employees in complex and meaningful workplace matters. The successful candidate will bring strong litigation experience, sound judgment, and a genuine interest in plaintiff-side employment law.

This role offers full flexibility and can be fully remote, provided the successful candidate is qualified to practice law in British Columbia.

Qualifications and Attributes:





- 2+ years of experience practicing employment law and/or a combination of employment and general plaintiff litigation experience
- Experience with employment contracts, executive compensation, workers’ compensation, pay equity, and employment equity would be an asset
- Experience in occupational health and safety prosecutions, human rights, employment standards, privacy, terminations, layoffs, and workplace investigations would be an asset
- Superior communication and drafting skills with strong attention to detail
- Efficient and highly organized

- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Qualified to practice law in British Columbia (BC Law)
