We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable/Receivable Team Lead to support and guide our AP/AR team within a growing automotive group.

This role is responsible for directly supervising a small team who manage the day-to-day payables and receivables functions across our dealership locations.

Based in our beautiful corporate office in Middleton, this position offers the prospect to step into a leadership role while remaining hands-on in daily accounting operations.

What Youll Be Doing Supervise, support, and coach a team of three AP/AR team members Oversee the day-to-day accounts payable and receivable functions across multiple dealership locations Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, deposits, and collections Review work completed by the team to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards Monitor AR aging and assist with collection efforts and issue resolution as needed Act as a key point of contact for internal departments and vendors regarding AP/AR inquiries Assist in resolving discrepancies, account issues, and escalated concerns Support month-end processes, including reconciliations and reporting Identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency,



and accuracy within the team Training of new team members Provide hands-on support to the team and coverage for when needed What Were Looking For Previous accounting experience focused on AP/AR functions Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Experience in the automotive industry is an asset Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes High level of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in accounting software and Google GSuite Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment What We Offer Competitive salary (commensurate with experience) Enjoy a healthy work/life balance with Paid Personal Time Off and Vacation.
