Cardinal Health Canada seeks a highly motivated administrator for the role of Executive Assistant, Administration reporting to the Senior Director, Sales and Services, East.

This is a hybrid position reporting twice a week at our Doval, Quebec office, at times for specified meetings and events.

This role is responsible for assisting general business functions by providing an array of administrative and data support activities, including the management of reports, records, invoices, travel and expenses as well as preparing correspondence and presentations.

The successful candidate provides a full scope of administrative support to Senior Sales Leaders, HR and legal as well as on-site support to the Dorval facility.

The Exec Admin also plays an important role in translation coordination and serves as an administrative liaison with others within and outside the company.

Working hours: Monday - Friday Location: Dorval Qc Your Contributions to the Organization will be: Schedule and coordinate meetings, address catering and video conferencing needs, and take meeting notes and follow up on action items.

Manage email calendars and draft internal and external correspondence and memos on behalf of senior leaders.

Prepare and process expense reports, purchase requirements and invoices.

Prepare and review Power

Point presentations, organizational charts and other materials for Sales and HR leaders.

Act as primary contact and reviewer for all translations from English to French (global materials, sales documents, HR documents, trainings, etc.).

Send materials to translation vendor, proof-read, suggest edits.

Act as member of OLF francization committee participate in meetings and own action items.

Maintain accurate and updated information on Carrefour Lobby Qubec.

Support regional and national sales meetings with scheduling, coordination with events and travel teams, on-location attendee registration and support, and procuring awards and trophies.

Provide back-up support to on-site Dorval Facilities leader in tasks such as ordering office supplies, distributing mail, greeting visitors and contractors, signing for packages and preparing building access cards.

Support the onboarding of new leaders with IT access requests, orientation schedules and materials.

Support on-site engagement and employee activities.

This Job might be for you if: You are bilingual ** (English and French) ** *English language skills are essential for communicating with, supporting, and providing services to individuals, employees, or partners who do not speak French, particularly when they are outside the province of Quebec Post Secondary education is preferred Fluent in English and French, written and oral experience with translation an asset 6 + years of related skilled experience Proficient in Microsoft

Office programs Experience and comfort using various systems and applications Effectively apply knowledge of job and company policies and procedures to complete a variety of assignments.

Work closely with other administrative assistants to ensure consistent flow of communication and coordination of efforts.

Self-directed and ability to anticipate leader needs and offer support and solutions.

Ability to treat sensitive information, exercising diplomacy and tact in all interactions.

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.

Ability to interface with employees at all organizational levels.

Cardinal Canada recherche un administrateur hautement motiv pour occuper le poste d'' adjoint (e) excutif, administration, relevant du directeur principal, Ventes et services, Est.

Il s''agit d''un poste hybride qui ncessite de se prsenter deux fois par semaine notre bureau de Doval, au Qubec, pour certaines runions et certains vnements spcifiques.

Ce rle a pour responsabilit de soutenir les fonctions gnrales de lentreprise en offrant une gamme dactivits administratives et de soutien aux donnes, notamment la gestion des rapports, des dossiers, des factures, des dplacements et des dpenses, ainsi que la prparation de la correspondance et des prsentations.

La personne retenue fournira un soutien administratif complet aux dirigeants du comit excutif des ventes, aux ressources humaines et au service juridique, ainsi quun soutien sur place aux installations de Dorval.

Ladjoint (e) joue galement un rle important dans la coordination des traductions et agit comme liaison administrative auprs des intervenants internes et externes.

Heures de travail : du lundi au vendredi Lieu: Dorval (Qubec) Vos contributions l''organisation seront les suivantes: Planifier et coordonner les runions, grer les besoins en service de traiteur et visioconfrence, et prendre les notes de runion et le suivi des lments daction.

Grer les agendas lectroniques et rdiger la correspondance et les notes internes et externes au nom des hauts dirigeants.

Prparer et traiter les rapports de dpenses, les besoins dachats et les factures.

Prparer et rviser des prsentations Power

Point, des organigrammes et dautres documents pour les quipes des Ventes et des RH.

Agir comme personne-ressource principale pour la rvision de toutes les traductions de langlais au franais (documents globaux, documents de vente, documents RH, formations, etc.).

Envoyer les documents au fournisseur de traduction, rviser, suggrer des modifications.

Siger au comit de francisation de lOLF participer aux runions et assurer le suivi des lments daction.

Maintenir des informations exactes et jour sur Carrefour Lobby Qubec.

Soutenir les runions de vente rgionales et nationales en assurant la planification, la coordination avec les quipes des vnements et des voyages,



linscription et le soutien des participants sur place, ainsi que lapprovisionnement en prix et trophes.

Offrir un soutien de remplacement au responsable des installations Dorval pour des tches telles que la commande de fournitures de bureau, la distribution du courrier, laccueil des visiteurs et des entrepreneurs, la rception des colis et la prparation des cartes daccs au btiment.

Soutenir lintgration des nouveaux gestionnaires en grant les demandes daccs TI, les horaires dorientation et le matriel associ.

Soutenir les activits dengagement et les vnements pour les employs sur site Ce poste pourrait vous convenir si: Vous tes bilingue ** (anglais et franais) ***La matrise de l''anglais est essentielle pour communiquer avec les personnes, les employs ou les partenaires qui ne parlent pas franais, les aider et leur fournir des services, en particulier lorsqu''ils se trouvent l''extrieur de la province de Qubec.

Une formation postsecondaire est prfrable.

Matrise du franais et de langlais, lcrit et loral exprience en traduction un atout 6+ annes dexprience professionnelle pertinente Matrise des programmes Microsoft Office Aisance avec divers systmes et applications Appliquer efficacement la connaissance du poste ainsi que des politiques et procdures de lentreprise pour accomplir diverses tches.

Collaborer troitement avec les autres adjoints afin dassurer une communication fluide et une coordination efficace.

Autonome, avec la capacit danticiper les besoins des leaders et doffrir du soutien ainsi que des solutions.
